Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your earrings. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return any eligible item within 7 daysof delivery, provided it’s returned in perfect, unused condition and its original packaging.
Conditions
- All returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging included.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once received and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
