Vintage 925 Sterling Silver Cat Earrings – Embossed Seated Cat French Hook Dangles

Full of feline personality, these vintage dangling earrings feature wonderfully detailed seated cats worked in pressed sterling silver. The cats have an almost folk-art quality, with expressive faces, striped markings, little paws, curled tails and plenty of dimensional surface detail. Naturally darkened recesses emphasize the design and give the silver a rich vintage character without overwhelming the brighter raised areas. Each cat swings freely from a simple French hook, creating an easy-to-wear dangle with plenty of detail but no unnecessary bulk. The earrings are marked 925 and remain in excellent vintage condition.
