Far-Out Mixed-Media Floral Hoop Dangle Earrings

Funky, artistic and completely unexpected, these mixed-media earrings combine one-inch antiqued goldtone hoops with an assortment of dangling floral and geometric elements. Layered pink starburst flowers sit against ivory-colored textured discs and glossy black circles. Curving black metal shapes and elongated fern or skeleton-leaf drops create an abstract botanical design with intriguing depth and movement. Tiny black ring accents complete the wonderfully eccentric composition. The earrings have hinged hoop closures and are unsigned. They remain in excellent condition. Measurements: Approximately 2 1/4 inches long by 1 5/8 inches wide. The one-inch hoops are included in the overall length. Curator’s Note: Part flower garden, part modern sculpture and possibly part transmission from another planet. Whatever they are, boring is one thing they will never be.
