Jeweled Peacock Earrings with Crystal Drop Tail Feathers

Magnificent jeweled peacocks display sweeping openwork tails in these richly colored statement earrings. Fashioned from antiqued goldtone metal, the mirror-image birds face toward one another. Their bodies and elaborate tails are decorated with small round stones in peacock shades of turquoise blue, sapphire, peridot green, and deep purple. Three large faceted teardrop stones hang from each tail like extravagant feathers, flashing smoky brown, pale green, and translucent multicolor tones. Openwork scrolls and deeply incised details give the earrings an ornate, slightly antique appearance. The peacocks are suspended from simple goldtone French hooks.
