Acrylic Cockatoo Statement Earrings – Yellow & White Tropical Bird Post Dangles

These fabulous statement earrings feature a pair of bright white cockatoos with sunny yellow crests, rendered in layered acrylic with wonderful movement and personality. The bodies have a pearly white finish, accented with dimensional ivory wings, little black beaks and brilliant yellow crests. Three separately attached tail pieces swing freely from the bottom of each bird, adding movement every time they are worn. Even the round yellow post tops coordinate perfectly with the birds, making the entire design feel intentional from top to tail. At approximately 3 1/2 inches long by 3/4 inch wide, these are delightfully dramatic without becoming bulky. They are unsigned and remain in excellent condition. I love the wonderful little swinging tail feathers on these. The crisp white and bright yellow make them fresh and cheerful, while that extravagant crest provides exactly the appropriate amount of avian drama. Frankly, if I had a crest like that, I’d show it off too.
