Pink Lamp Work Glass Flamingo Earrings – Sculptural Bird Bead Dangles – Whimsical French Hooks

A pair of pink flamingos has strutted into the jewelry box—and they have absolutely no intention of blending in. Each earring features a dimensional lamp work glass flamingo bead with a softly translucent pink body, graceful curved neck, tiny dark eye and wonderfully defined black-and-white beak. The sculpted birds rest above glossy black glass beads, with decorative silvertone spacers adding a little extra polish. Because lamp work beads are individually formed by hand, the subtle differences between the two flamingos are part of their charm and character. They are finished with silvertone French hooks and have no maker’s markings. The earrings measure approximately 1 1/2 inches long by 7/8 inch wide and are in excellent condition. Curator’s Note Flamingos are naturally elegant, unapologetically pink and a little bit ridiculous—three qualities we enthusiastically support. These tiny glass personalities appear to be wearing black boots, which only improves matters.
