Hand-Painted Wooden Eyeball Dangle Earrings

Round wooden beads have been hand painted as delightfully unsettling eyeballs, complete with warm brown irises, glossy black pupils, bright highlights, and winding red veins. Their spherical shape gives the design wonderful dimension, while French hook ear wires allow the eyes to turn and sway as they are worn. They are in excellent condition with no maker’s marks. Measurements: Approximately 1 inch long; each eyeball measures approximately 1/2 inch across. Curator’s Note: Perfect for anyone who likes to keep an eye on things—and feels that two ordinary eyes simply are not sufficient. As an added bonus, these will follow people around the room because they quite literally swing when you move.
