Bohemian Stone and Chain Tassel Vintage Clip-On Earrings

Richly textured and full of movement, these unusual clip-on earrings feature square dark goldtone tops centered with green stone cabochons and tiny coordinating stones. Multiple lengths of antiqued metal chain form swinging tassels, finished with faceted beads in earthy shades of olive green, golden yellow and warm brown. The earrings are unsigned and remain in good vintage condition, with age-related darkening and patina that complement their bohemian design. Comfort pads have been added to the clips for easier wear. They measure approximately 2 1/4 inches long by 5/8 inch wide. Curator’s Note These have a wonderful ancient-treasure quality—somewhere between Byzantine ornament and bohemian chain fringe. The earthy colors make them especially striking for autumn, but their unusual design deserves year-round wear.
