Vintage 1980s Goldtone Geometric Statement Earrings – Muted Enamel Oversized Post Earrings

Bold, sculptural and unmistakably vintage, these oversized post earrings combine warm goldtone metal with softly mottled enamel in shades of sand, caramel and creamy beige. The broad, gently curved shield-shaped earrings are decorated with raised geometric goldtone elements across the upper portion, including angular lines, triangles and a wonderful little squared spiral motif. The abstract design gives them a distinctly 1980s feel with hints of Southwestern and Modernist influence. Rather than bright glossy enamel, the coloring is deliberately soft and muted, with a slightly marbled appearance that allows the raised goldtone design to take center stage.
