Gothic Black Stone Earrings, Antiqued Goldtone Crest Post Earrings, Victorian Style Halloween Jewelry

Dark, ornate and just a little dramatic, these post earrings have the look of miniature Gothic frames. Each earring features an antiqued goldtone metal setting with ornate scrollwork surrounding a faceted rectangular black acrylic gemstone. The shield or crest-like shape gives them a strong Victorian Revival feel, while the black center adds exactly the right amount of mystery for Halloween Headquarters. Because the stones are acrylic, the earrings offer the look of substantial black gemstones without the extra weight. They are in excellent condition and measure approximately 7/8 inch tall by 3/4 inch wide. Curator’s Note: They look like they should contain tiny portraits of ancestors who disapproved of absolutely everyone.
