Luminous white Mother of Pearl flowers bloom against glossy black enamel in these beautifully crafted Mexican pierced earrings. The dramatic circular design is framed in warm-toned Alpaca silver, with graceful openwork adding lightness and movement. Their crisp black-and-white palette makes them both artistic and remarkably versatile. Please note that Alpaca silver is a traditional nickel-based metal alloy and is not sterling silver. They hang from French hooks and measure 2 1/4 inches high by 1 1/4 inches wide. Excellent condition and marked “Alpaca Mexico.” Curator’s Note: The floral Mother of Pearl inlay is especially lovely against the deep black enamel—bold from a distance and beautifully detailed up close.
