Sterling Silver Cat and Blue Green Cat’s-Eye Glass Earrings

Graceful sterling silver cats dangle beneath softly glowing blue-green glass cat’s-eye beads in these whimsical pierced earrings. Each slender cat has an openwork body, curled tail and wonderfully expressive whiskered face. The pale blue green round beads display the luminous band associated with cat’s-eye glass and are accented with smaller faceted beads and sterling silver spacers. The French hooks are marked 925 Italy, while the unsigned cat charms have been tested and confirmed as sterling silver. The earrings remain in excellent condition. Measurements: 2 1/4 inches tall by 3/8ths Curator’s Note: Cat’s-eye beads paired with actual cats—someone clearly understood the assignment! Elegant enough for sterling collectors, but still possessing the proper amount of feline mischief.
