Vintage Polymer Clay Birdhouse Earrings – Handmade Yellow Cottage Dangles – Whimsical French Hooks

The housing market has finally produced something both charming and affordable—provided you are approximately three inches tall and have wings. Each dimensional birdhouse is handcrafted from polymer clay with a warm golden-yellow façade, deeply shaded roof and round black entrance. Applied dark green vines wander across the fronts, with individually formed leaves creating wonderful texture and a slightly different design on each house. Their handmade irregularities are part of the appeal, giving the pair the character of miniature folk-art cottages rather than perfectly molded reproductions. They hang from silvertone French hooks and make an unusual, lightweight statement. The earrings measure approximately 2 1/4 inches long by 1 inch wide. They are in very good vintage condition with minor surface wear consistent with age and no markings.
