Patina Peacock Feather Earrings – Turquoise Glass Bead Dangles – Openwork French Hook Statement Jewelry

Graceful openwork feathers, rich verdigris color and freely moving glass beads create an especially striking pair of statement earrings. Each elongated metal feather has an antiqued bronze finish enhanced with a green verdigris-style patina. Flowing open ribs surround a heart-shaped “eye,” where a small turquoise-colored glass bead swings independently with movement. The feather design is detailed on both sides, allowing the earrings to turn naturally without ever displaying an unfinished back. They are suspended from coordinating antiqued French hooks and measure approximately 2 1/2 inches long by 7/8 inch wide. The earrings are in excellent condition with no maker’s marks. Curator’s Note: Many earrings have a front and a back. These simply turn around and continue looking fabulous—an admirable quality in both jewelry and people.
