A handsome pair of walking elephants brings warmth, texture and safari character to these substantial post-style earrings. Each antiqued goldtone elephant has raised ears, a curling trunk and deeply recessed details that emphasize the eyes, legs and folds of the body. Small open areas around the trunk and legs add definition, while the softly aged finish gives the metal the appearance of a well-loved miniature sculpture. The pierced post earrings have a pleasingly solid feel without being excessively heavy. They measure approximately 1 1/8 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide and include stabilizing comfort clutches.
