Smoky Gray Geometric Acrylic Earrings – Marbled Translucent Statement Posts – Modernist Dangle Earrings

Geometry apparently decided it wanted to be glamorous. These bold post-style earrings combine circles, triangles and open negative space in a wonderfully sculptural modernist design. The translucent acrylic is marbled in smoky shades of gray, silver and soft taupe, giving each component a subtly different pattern and an almost polished-stone appearance. A small round post top connects to a trapezoid and suspended triangular element, all layered over a large circular drop. The articulated construction allows the pieces to move independently, adding dimension without making the earrings feel visually heavy. They measure approximately 3 inches long by 1 7/8 inches wide. Excellent condition with no maker’s markings noted. The marbled pattern varies naturally between the two earrings and is part of the design. Curator’s Note For anyone who has ever looked at a circle and a triangle and thought, “Yes, but make them enormous.”
