Vintage Silverplated Bar Earrings – Extra Long Minimalist Ball Dangles – Linear Post Earrings

One slender silver line, one polished sphere and three inches of beautifully controlled drama. Each earring begins with a petite silverplated ball post connected to a long, narrow metal bar. A larger spherical drop finishes the bottom, providing both visual balance and gentle pendulum-like movement. The extremely slim profile creates an elegant vertical line that appears particularly striking against the neck. Their pared-down geometry has a distinctly modernist quality: no stones, embellishment or unnecessary interruption—just length, proportion and movement. The earrings measure approximately 3 inches long by 1/4 inch wide across the bottom ball. They are in good vintage condition with visible patina, surface wear and areas of aging to the silverplated finish. There are no markings. Curator’s Note Proof that an earring does not need seventeen components and a rhinestone committee to make its point. One line and one ball will do nicely.
