These are Halloween earrings for someone who would never dream of wearing a pumpkin. Dramatic black post earrings feature a dense cluster of faceted black acrylic stones in assorted oval, round and marquise shapes, all arranged in a dark floral-style composition. The faceting catches the light beautifully, while the acrylic construction keeps them much lighter and easier to wear than the same look done entirely in glass. They have a wonderful Gothic glamour quality — part Victorian mourning, part midnight cocktail party, and just mysterious enough for Halloween Headquarters. The earrings are in excellent condition and measure approximately 1 inch in diameter. Curator’s Note: Not every Halloween earring needs a ghost on it. Some simply need to look as though they have inherited a very large house with a locked room upstairs.
