These Mexican sterling silver earrings are formed from solid square-section wire, giving the traditional round hoop a clean, slightly angular profile. Rather than using a separate visible finding, the slender ear wire slips directly into a drilled opening in the sterling hoop, creating a beautifully streamlined closure. That square edge catches the light differently than ordinary round wire, so these have considerably more presence than their modest size might suggest.
